Our Policies
At the time of your reservation we do require a
credit card number, otherwise your appointment
cannot be taken. When you reserve your time with us
and you need to cancel, as a courtesy to our
therapists and our other guests, we do require a
minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your reservation with us,
you must do this by phone. Leaving a message or sending an email will not be
accepted.
~ For any one or more services a fee of 50% will
be applied
~ For spa packages 50% of the package will be
applied
~ For all no shows 100% of the service/package
will be applied
We do understand that things "come up". If we
can fill the appointment time, you won’t be
billed at all.
